For Epiphany, pastry chef Jordan Talbot offers you his latest creation, to delight food lovers while bringing a touch of sweetness to the start of the year.
Available from 5 to 12 January 2025 as a takeaway.
This galette features a delicate frangipane cream subtly flavored with orange blossom and Mexican vanilla. Adorned with elegant, wavy lines, this puff pastry creation is sprinkled with caramelized Valencia almonds and crispy gavottes, offering a perfect balance of crunch and melt-in-the-mouth indulgence.
This gift box includes: A 6-8 serving Galette des Rois, available for pickup at La Réserve Paris between January 5 and 12.
Conditions: Available in a limited edition, for takeaway only, with VAT and service included. Orders will be accepted from January 2 to 12, 2025. Pickups can be made between January 5 and 12 at the hotel, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
The galette is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
